Our Reporting Methods and Open Door Policy

BHMS Logo

Our teachers keep close records of what each child works on each day, and are therefore able to provide detailed progress reports twice a year. These are followed by parent/teacher interviews. Parents are also invited to open houses, and have a standing invitation to raise any questions or concerns with the teachers, join the class, or view it unobserved. A viewing area in the preschool classroom enables parents to watch the class without the children being aware of their presence. Parents receive regular newsletters about the school's activities. Our annual Christmas party and end of school year picnic provide opportunities for all of us to become better acquainted.
